The Boy has some crackers, cheese, salami, puffs, and apple slices. His snack is a nut & seed bar (not pictured, 15g).
The Girl has a salad with chopped veggies, grains, and chick peas, with some salad dressing on the side to add to it. She also has dried blueberries, and Cara Cara orange slices.
I also have a salad, along with a leftover Semla. :)
