Lunches today are pretty simple.

Sandwich: 25g, strawberry applesauce: 14g, sunflower seeds: 5g, apple slices: 8g

The Boy has a sandwich on a slider bun, with cheese, Muhammara, and turkey, along with a strawberry applesauce, apple slices, and some chocolate covered sunflower seeds in an Easylunchboxes mini dipper.  His snack is a granola bar (not pictured, 27g).

The Girl also has a sandwich on a slider bun, with cheese, Muhammara, and turkey, along with a strawberry applesauce, apple slices, and some chocolate covered sunflower seeds in an Easylunchboxes mini dipper.
