I saw this granola at Cooking With My Kid and I knew I had to try it.
I made it almost the same, but put my own twists to it..
For my version, I left out the almonds, pepitas, or coconut, and I added some flax seed meal, wheat germ, and dried milk. Then I added some dried blueberries at the end. Super yummy. I added a little more spices (and separated up the pumpkin pie spice - cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves. I think I was a little strong on the ginger for the kids, but they'll get used to it.
