Mommy & Daddy's Lunches: 10.4.12
Daddy and I have some pumpkin soup in ball jars, along with a banana, a couple reduced fat crescent rolls, and a fun size dark chocolate mini three muskateers. I love fun size Halloween candy! It's a bit of a problem. ;) But, a tiny problem. A fun size problem.
The jars don't fit in the Easylunchboxes, but they are great for soup.

Lunch: 10.3.12
The Girl's snack is a sandwich thin with some Mighty Maple Peanut Butter.
Her lunch is a kiwi, half an apple, half an Oscar Meyer Angus Selects hot dog and some cheddar cheese in a pumpkin silicone cup, some rainbow goldfish, Farmer's Market dried fruit blend in an Easylunchbox Mini dipper, and some carrot coins, all packed in an Easylunchbox.
Lunch for The Boy: 10.3.12
Wednesday!
The Boy's snack is a sandwich thin with some Mighty Maple Peanut Butter. A note: There are no nut allergies in their classrooms, so I can send nut things in snack - they are also allowed at lunch, but they kids have to sit at a "peanut butter" table if they have nuts in their lunch... The Girl doesn't mind, but The Boy really does. I try not to send nutty things in lunches, but ... I need to do a quick shopping trip to get a couple other options. For today, this peanut butter is delicious.
His lunch is some cantaloupe and honeydew melon, half an apple, half an Oscar Meyer Angus Selects hot dog and some cheddar cheese in a pumpkin silicone cup, some rainbow goldfish, Farmer's Market dried fruit blend in an Easylunchbox Mini dipper, and some carrot coins, all packed in an Easylunchbox.
| Peanut butter sandwich: 30g |
| Melon: 4g, apple: 4g, hot dog & cheese: 1g, goldfish: 10g, carrots: 3g, dried fruit: 16g |

Mommy's Lunch: 10.1.12
I have a confession...
I pack these great lunches for my kids, and most of the time, I buy lunch at work.
The cafeteria is relatively cheap and really delicious, so it's hard to NOT buy. Half the time when I bring lunch, I end up buying something, too...
Today, I might get soup. It's less than $2 and yummy. We'll see.
But, I want to attempt to pack my lunches more and buy less.
So, here's my lunch for today - nothing fancy. I have a peanut butter and honey sandwich on a sandwich thin, an apple, some ranch flavored crackers, and some dried fruit mix, in an Easylunchbox. Should be filling.
Would taste really good with some soup.
I admit, it's an uphill battle...
