Recipe: Brown Sugar Dip

I made this dip at a party I had this weekend, for use with fruit, and people were also putting it on crackers.  I would be good just spread on toast, too, I bet!  Super easy and really yummy... not the healthiest thing on the block, but hey...  I bet it would be grand on french toast or pancakes or waffles... the mind reels.



Brown Sugar Dip

8 oz cream cheese (I used neufchatel, 1/3 fat), softened
3/4 c packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients until well blended.  Chill to let flavors meld.  Serve with fruit or crackers.
