Recipe: Cream Soda Waffles

For Waffle Day, we had a waffle brunch at my house!

I made Cream Soda Waffles and they were wonderful.  So good.  I used my Soda Stream soda maker to make my own cream soda, but you could absolutely use store bought.

Cream Soda Waffles

2 c all-purpose flour
1 c whole wheat flour
1/3 c sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 1/3 c cream soda (or diet cream soda)

Mix dry ingredients together, and then stir in liquid ingredients until well combined.  Cook using a waffle iron or a Belgian Waffle iron and serve with desired toppings.
