Recipe: Piped Chocolate Shapes

Last year, I made piped chocolate decorations for the girl's birthday cupcakes.
Here's the finished cake.

This year, I did horses.  Here's the pictorial tutorial.  Say that 5 times fast...

Sharpie outline of desired shape, on the back side of parchment paper

Outline with a fine tip pastry bag filled with melted chocolate

Fill with other desired chocolate


Carefully flip the solidified shapes, and that's your finished piped chocolate shape!



Add details as desired when filling


Cake decorated with piped chocolate shapes!
