Mommy & Daddy (and Bonus Lisa!) Lunches: 4.3.13

I was about to make lunches, and Lisa (from Explayration) asked if I might like to make a lunch for her for tomorrow, since she has a field trip with her students.  Who am I to deny making an extra lunch?

So -  Daddy has spinach and cucumber, baby bell peppers, cantaloupe and honeydew, and a wrap with hummus, spinach, lebanon bologna, cheese, and carrot, packed in his GoGreenLunchBox.

I have mini bell peppers, honeydew and cantaloupe, a clementine, cucumber, and a lebanon, hummus, carrot and cheese on a sandwich thin in an Easylunchbox.

For Lisa, she will make herself a hummus and avocado sandwich in the morning on a sandwich thin, and I packed her some cucumber, mini bell peppers, and cantaloupe and honeydew, in an Easylunchbox.

Lunch for the Nature Lady: 3.8.12 - Field Trip!

Lisa, from Explayration, is chaperoning a field trip for The Boy, so I packed her lunch, too!  She is going along on the trip to "be his pancreas," so that the school nurse doesn't have to go.  And also, because it looks like a really cool field trip.

Her lunch is a Yertle the Turtle roll with cheese, a corn muffin, a cutie clementine, Peeled Snacks apricots, strawberries, and apple slices with Fruit Fresh.

Lunch for the Nature Lady: 2.28.12

My friend Lisa, of Explayration, AKA The Nature Lady, asked if I could make her lunch tomorrow for an unexpected day at work.  The kids aren't in school, so I thought, why not?

I gave her a little jar of leftover soup, along with this lovely lunch.
She has a couple pieces of no-knead oat bread with some Price Chopper Strawberry & Cream Spread, grapes, watermelon hearts, some ruffled potato chips, and some mango from Peeled Snacks.  (Review coming soon!)
I think that's a pretty good lunch for a Nature Lady and her day at vacation day camp.  :)
