Lunch for The Boy: 4.16.13

The Boy has a Chobani Flip for snack (not pictured. 25g)
Bread: 15g, cheese: 1g, carrots, spinach & ranch: 3g, apple: 8g, strawberries: 5g

His lunch is a piece of seeded rye bread that I made, Lebanon bologna, a cheese stick, carrots, a bed of spinach, a little container of ranch, strawberries, and apple slices.
