Lunch for The Boy: 12.15.11
The Boy has a banana for his snack - no pic (23g)
Sandwich: 23g, apple: 8g, cheese: 1g. crackers: 20g, cookies: 9g
His lunch is a ham sandwich on a sandwich thin, apple slices, a babybell cheese, Scrabble Cheez-its, and a couple Hello, Panda cookies.
