Lunch for The Boy: 11.2.12
The Boy's snack for Friday is some
Antioxidant boost snack mix.
Hash brown casserole: 20g, banana: 25g, apples: 8g, pretzel M&Ms: 10g
His lunch is some leftover hash brown casserole (with spinach), a small banana, apple slices. and some pretzel M&Ms from his Halloween stash.
