Lunch for The Boy: 2.12.13

Yogurt: 12g
The Boy has some Chobani Bite caramel yogurt with pineapple bits for snack.

Bread & Liverwurst: 20g, yogurt: 12g, radish & hummus: 2g, pineapple: 15g
His lunch is radish slices, hummus, baby pineapple, yogurt with lingonberry syrup, homemade sourdough hearts, and a couple pieces of liverwurst cut into hearts, in his YumBox.
