My brother was over for dinner, and he made this lovely red flannel hash - no real recipe, just diced beets, diced potatoes, corned beef, and an egg. Delicious.
So, I put some leftovers in our Easy Lunchbox lunches!
Daddy has a hard boiled egg, red flannel hash, grapes, a mini pita, and some cheese.
I have some red flannel hash, grapes, a plum, and some cheese.
