We buy Cabot cheese almost exclusively. The Girl proclaims her love for Cabot cheddar at any given opportunity. One wonderful thing about cheese and my Type 1 Diabetic Boy - he can have plenty of it without needing a shot of insulin!
This outing is much more popular with him than going to the (also local) Ben & Jerry's factory.
When I got the chance to do a review of some Cabot products, including their awesome Greek Yogurt, I jumped at the chance!
The kids adored the Cabot Vanilla Bean Greek yogurt. You can see the flecks of real vanilla in it! Totally a win.

I like using their plain Greek yogurt in all sorts of recipes.
And their single serve cheese? A totally lunch-worthy treat.

On top of all that, they have some great award winning Light Cheddar products. They don't taste "low fat" at all - Cabot has managed to keep the cheesy taste and texture, while making them a bit healthier for you. I like it.

I've tried a lot of their cheeses and some of their yogurt but only the plain Greek yogurt. I'd like to try some of the other Greek yogurts. :) YUM!

I miss Cabot from when I lived in the northeast. I would love a care package of their delicious cheeses for me, hubby, and the boys (as Ruthie can't have cowmilk)

ReplyDeleteThe light cheese sounds interesting but sharp cheddar in general would be worth trying. My boys eat a lot of cheese and can't stand California cheese sold at the grocery.

ReplyDeleteCabot cheese is the only cheese. Plus when you visit their factory or outlet store you can sample almost every kind they sell for free! And their cheese gurus taught me some things that even I didn't know about cheese. I'm a Seriously Sharp girl, myself.
