Recipe: Butterscotch Chocolate Bird Nests

I got a hankering to make no-bake cookies today.

So I made two kinds.

That's how I roll.

Here's the first kind - not yet sure if the other kind worked, so that recipe is forthcoming.

Butterscotch Chocolate Bird Nests

1 12-oz bag butterscotch baking chips
1 c semisweet chocolate chips
1 3-oz can chow mein noodles
1/2 c fine ground granola (without dried fruit) - optional

Melt baking chips in the microwave or over a double boiler, stirring often.

Stir in chow mein noodles and ground granola, if using.

Scoop into small piles on a cookie sheet

Or, scoop into mini muffin cups.
Of course, stash it on top of your vodka, frozen fruit, and frozen chicken.
Put in the freezer or the refrigerator until cooled and solidified.  Enjoy.
If there's a little extra... gobble it up... of course, between strawberries make it good for you, right?
