Recipe: Thin Crust Personal Pizzas

What's more fun than make your own pizzas?

The kids loved them!
The Boy's creation

I had some store bought pizza dough in the freezer, which I pulled out this morning to thaw.    You could make your own.
Grown up pizzas

I used my pasta maker to roll the dough out evenly and thinly.  I love using my pasta maker for this time of thing.
Mine.  Sundried tomatoes.  Roasted peppers.  Feta.  And more.

I separated the pizza dough into 8 even sections, rolled them out thinly, brushed with olive oil, and then let everyone top their own.
The Boy liked making them.  And eating them.

Bake at 425 F for about 8-10 minutes, and enjoy!
