Recipe: BBQ Beef & Cheese Braid

A while back, I made some crockpot bbq shredded beef, and I had leftovers in the freezer.  I pulled them out today, and made a braid with some Cabot cheddar cheese, and it was delicious.

I used King Arthur Flour's Quick Beer-Crust Pizza crust for the braid, and it worked beautifully!

I have some detailed instructions on making a braid on a previous recipe, so I won't go over that in detail here...

But isn't it pretty?  I covered the braid in a towel and let it rise for about 20 minutes before baking at 400 F for 15 minutes, and I brushed it with butter and sprinkled with sesame seeds before baking.

This went over very well at dinner, and The Girl has asked for some in her lunch.  Win!
