Lunch for The Boy: 9.11.12

The Boy told me that there is an egg allergy in his school, so anyone who brings eggs in lunch has to sit at the table where people who bring nuts in their lunches sit.  He doesn't like sitting at that table, but bemoaned the fact that he loves egg salad and hard boiled eggs....

Cheese: 1g, egg salad: 3g, crackers: 12g
So for his snack, I made him some egg salad (in an EasyLunchBoxes Mini Dipper), to be eaten with some crackers, and a Cabot cheese single.  He will be thrilled.

His lunch is some dumplings from the Asian market, with some sauce - which we haven't dared to pack since last year when the dumpling sauce spilled out of an inferior container and made a horrid mess all over his lunch bag. 

I shook it!  No leaks!
Thank goodness for Mini Dippers!

Dumplings: 20g, sauce: 1g, fig: 10g, mango: 5g, melon: 6g, yogurt fruit jelly:6g, taro wafer cookie: 4g
The rest of his lunch is some watermelon and cantaloupe, a Naturebox dried fig and some Naturebox dried mango in a little silicone cherry container, a taro wafer cookie and a strawberry yogurt jelly from the Asian market.
