Giveaway: King Arthur Flour Gift Card - WINNER CHOSEN!

I love King Arthur Flour.  I think that has been obvious of late.

For the winner, go to this post.
The King Arthur Flour Baker's Store in Norwich, VT

I am lucky enough to live in the same state as their bakery store.  Sadly, two hours away, but... it's worth a day trip.
Last year's visit
This year's visit - and my beloved pain de mie pan.

I've visited them twice now (once last summer, once this summer), and each time I have been left with a sense of baking joy.
Flavoring oils and extracts... I dream of these...
Oh my.
Mixes galore.

They have a great online store, which I have also ordered from a couple of times.

I love their flours, of course, and their specialty ingredients - the Vermont Cheese Powder!  The Maple and Cinnamon Flav-r-Bites!

And don't get me started on their gadgets and bakeware... including my new favorite, the pain de mie breadpan...

On top of it all, they have incredible resources on their website which really set them apart from other companies.  Need help with something?  Try the Baker's Hotline!  Want to peruse some truly awesome recipes?  They have them in spades.

Why do I wax poetic?  Well...

They are offering a $25 gift card to one of my readers.

All you have to do is go to their website and tell me what you would get with your gift card, should you win.  One lucky reader, chosen at random, will win a $25 gift card to the King Arthur Flour Baker's Store.  That's it.

As always, I need a way to contact you.  Anonymous commenters, with no contact information, cannot win.  If I can't contact you, I can't get your information to King Arthur Flour, and you can't get your prize.  Simple as that.

One comment per person, please.

I will choose a winner, using Random.org, on Wednesday, September 15th, at 6 PM ish, EST.

Disclaimer:  I have been in no way compensated for this giveaway or by talking about King Arthur Flour.  All opinions are my own.  The prize is donated by King Arthur Flour.

And, the lava cake set...oh, the happiness that would bring the hubby. And for myself, the dutch oven. OK, I know I spent waaaay over $25, but making a wish list is just too much fun! Astrid, now I see why you talk about this place all the time! I didn't realize all the things I *need* until I looked at that site!

  32. I would buy their King Arthur 100% Organic White Whole Wheat Flour, so I could try their pain de mie recipe with your rainbow twist (it looks divine). I would love to purchase their Almond Flour (because I've never splurged for it on my own, but eyed it for quite some time). Also, their Organic Flax Flour would be on my list, because my husband has high cholesterol, and I sneak flax in whenever I can. Lastly, I would get their Unbleached Cake Flour Blend, because I'm a cake enthusiast. I've never tried King Arthur products, so this would be a great way to do so!! I just ordered their catalog because of your website.

  49. Gluten Free Bread mix & pizza mix and the flour mix! I live with a Diabetic&Celiac Grandmother so we don't need cakes and cookies as much, even if she loves them. But her bread that we can find at the nearby stores taste like cardboard..I try making bread for her, but I'm still on a search for a lighter bread (*read* Grandma is low in the chewing department). I'd love to win so that I can continue to show her that being gluten free doesn't mean having the same tasteless boring things day in and out!
