This is a delicious way to serve jicama, and it looks a little like french fries. They are crispy and yummy.
And oh so easy.
I found the recipe on Super Healthy Kids. I only made a little bit, because I want to see if The Girl likes it first.
~ 1/2 c jicama, peeled and cut into strips like French fries
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag.
Shake until coated, and enjoy.
