Snacks for the boy are not pictured. He has a fruit cup (~15g drained) for morning snack, and oreo cakesters minis (15g).
Lunch is some apple slices (with the fruit preserver... worked great! No browning! 8g), a small piece of the mushroom, onion, cheddar, and turkey quiche (he loved it! 7g), muffins (8g each), Greek style yogurt with honey (15g), and yogurt raisins (9g)
