No recipe for Blue & Purple Day - until the smoothie in the morning!
Snack is a blueberry applesauce and some raisins, with a juice.
Lunch is buttered boiled baby purple potatoes, steamed purple cauliflower with ranch dressing, purple grapes, dried plums, and a ham sandwich on purple bread.
