It's the final day of Rainbow Week, and the last smoothie in this series. I hope that you've enjoyed the ideas.
I used a frozen triple berry mix from Costco, and some frozen blueberries, but you could use any frozen blue or purple colored berries.
(I also snuck in some kale. Shhhhh)
Purple Berry Smoothie
1/2 c Greek Style plain yogurt
1/2 c skim milk (may need more to thin)
1/4 c orange juice
1 c frozen triple berry mix
1/2 c frozen blueberries
1/2 c kale leaves (I take fresh leaves and stick them in the freezer - they blend better)
Combine all ingredients in a blender (or use an immersion blender). Blend until smooth and enjoy.
