The Boy has some rainbow goldfish crackers for morning snack (~15 g), and some pineapple for afternoon snack (~15 g). I didn't take a picture of his snacks...
For lunch, he has some homemade Greek yogurt with honey (~15 g), four pumpkin banana mini muffins (~8g each), apple slices (~7 g), and some homemade whole grain animal crackers (~6 g).
Many of you have asked me how I keep my apples from browning. I have always answered that I don't, because my kids don't care so much. Well, I was at Walmart yesterday, and I saw this - Fruit Fresh Produce Protector:
I decided to pick it up to check it out for you. I sprinkled just a little on the apple slices, and I'll let you know how it works.
