Including carb counts for my Type 1 Diabetic boy!
His lunch is a small banana (~25g carbs), whole wheat pain de mie with cheese (~30 g, 2 small pieces of bread, cheese is essentially no carb), half an apple (~7 g), homemade peanut butter (~7 g), some raisins (~8 g), and homemade Greek yogurt (~6 g) with some honey stirred in (~6g).
For snack, he has some butterscotch chocolate chip mini muffins (~8 g each)
